Le Blanc Med Spa – Clinic PLLC - Financial Policy
Effective Date: November 4th, 2025
1. Payment for Services
All treatments and products at Le Blanc Med Spa – Clinic PLLC are self-pay and not billable to insurance.

All medical aesthetic services are provided under the medical direction and delegation of a supervising physician, in accordance with Texas Medical Board regulations.
Payment is due in full at the time of service.

We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, HSA/FSA cards (if applicable), and approved financing options.

2. Pricing
Prices for services and products are subject to change at any time.
You will be informed of all fees prior to treatment.
3. Packages & Prepaid Services
Prepaid treatment packages (e.g., bundles of services) are non-refundable.
Prepaid services must be used within 12 months of purchase unless otherwise stated.
Unused services are not transferable unless approved in writing by management.
Gift cards purchased for a dollar value (not tied to a service) will not expire for at least three (3) years from the date of purchase, in accordance with Texas law.
4. Deposits, Cancellations & No-Shows
Some appointments require a deposit to secure your time.
If you cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice, your deposit will be applied to your future booking.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or fail to show, your deposit will be forfeited.
A no-show without notice may also result in a $100 no-show fee or denial of future booking without prepayment.
5. Refunds
Because aesthetic treatments are elective and results vary by individual, no refunds will be given for services rendered.
Refunds are not provided for partially used packages, memberships, or products.
Defective skincare products may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase if returned in original packaging.
6. Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.
Expire no earlier than 3 years from purchase (per Texas law).
Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.
7. Financing & Payment Plans
If third-party financing (e.g., Cherry, CareCredit) is offered, approval is subject to the lender’s terms and conditions.
Financing agreements are binding between the patient and the financing provider.
8. Disputes
Once services have been rendered, payments are considered final. Chargebacks or payment disputes for completed services may be contested by Le Blanc Med Spa – Clinic PLLC with documentation of consent and treatment records.
9. Policy Updates
Le Blanc Med Spa – Clinic PLLC reserves the right to update these policies at any time. Updated policies will be posted in the office and on our website.
